AirLock® G Casing Buoyancy System

The AirLock®-G Casing Buoyancy System offers the same reliability and functionality of our original AirLock® casing buoyancy system but uses a high-strength glass disk pressure seal that shatters and diffuses into the well fluid leaving a full-drift ID.

  • AirLock® operation is simple and passive, requires no intervention
  • Section above the airlock sub filled with fluid, air filled section below sub remains buoyant
  • Improved buoyancy allows deeper depth and reduces sliding friction by as much as 50%
  • Sub contains high-strength glass disk pressure seal with shear ring
  • More than 12,000 AirLock® systems installed with a success rate over 99%

Innovus™ Pressure-Actuated Toe Sleeves

Innovus™ Toe Sleeves are a simple, reliable way to achieve access to the initial formation for pinpoint completions and can also be re-closed using a coiled tubing deployed tool.

  • Installed and cemented as part of the casing string
  • Sleeve can be re-closed using a coiled tubing deployed tool

Vectraset™ Liner Hanger System

  • Prevents surge forces on liner and formation, saving time and displacement fluid
  • Hanger slips are set prior to cementing for maximum reliability (no plug bumping)
  • Large flow area through the set hanger slips facilitates circulation and cementing
  • Features a bonded cover that will not swab off during circulation and cementing
  • Rated to 103.4 MPa (15,000 psi) at 180° C (350° F)

Well Casing Float Equipment

Float Equipment is used in the lower section of the well as part of the Shoe Track. It comes in a variety of designs to meet various well and operational requirements. Float Equipment typically refers to Float Collars, Float Shoes and/or Guide Shoes.

Float Shoes serve several functions. They guide the casing, provide a barrier to prohibit wellbore fluid and pressure from entering the casing string during installation and serve as the primary valve during the cementing operations.

  • Available in 2 7/8” to 20” sizes in various materials and threads
  • Standard and high-pressure configurations available: 5,000 – 15,000psi
  • Single valve, dual valve or auto-fill options
  • Standard design has a flat profile and is compatible with standard plugs
  • Non-rotating option features a “locking plate” that offers quicker drill out
  • PDC drillable
Well Casing Centralizers

NCS Multistage has a variety of centralizers available for your well construction projects. We carry solid body, bow spring, stop collars, and our innovative Disrupter® composite centralizer.
