Problem
Convention gravel & frac pack methods proving too costly for certain on-shore markets?
Solution
Initially developed for the North Slope in Alaska, this technology allows the operator to first frac the well in stages and then transition the sleeve into “screen” mode, where production can flow in through a 10 foot screen interval. Additional features of this technology allow for short interval gravel packs or frac packs without having to trip out of the hole to move to the next interval.
