2006. Foundation

We developed a line of coiled-tubing fracturing tools for the coalbed methane gas market.

2008. Mongoose Frac® System

We introduced the Mongoose Frac® System to compete with plug-and-perforate / ball-drop-sliding-sleeve technology.

2010. Sliding Sleeve

We designed the Sliding Sleeve to streamline well completions by eliminating the need for sand-jet perforating.

2014. MULTICYCLE® Frac Sleeves

We Designed MULTICYCLE® frac sleeves that can be opened and closed repeatedly, giving operators unprecedented flexibility.

2017. Repeat Precision Launched

We partnered with RJ Machine to launch the joint venture Repeat Precision, specializing in frac plugs and setting tools.

2017. IPO Launched

In April, 2017 we launched an IPO and became a publicly-traded company on the NASDAQ stock exchange.

2017. Spectrum Tracer Services

We acquired Spectrum Tracer Services in 2017 and expanded our product portfolio to include tracer diagnostics.

2018. Purple Seal Express

Repeat Precision launched the Purple Seal Express to help maximize safety and improve completion efficiency.

2018. North Sea Operations

NCS deployed and stimulated its first MULTICYCLE® sleeve system for multiple major operators in the North Sea.

We launched the Innovus™ product platform and set numerous records for successful well completions.

Our Leadership

Ryan Hummer

CEO

Mr. Hummer is our Chief Executive Officer, a position he has held since November 2022. Mr. Hummer previously served as our Chief Financial Officer since November 2016 and has also served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since March 2020. Mr. Hummer previously served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development since August 2015 and as Vice President, Corporate Development from July 2014 until August 2015. Prior to joining us, Mr. Hummer served as Director, Investment Banking at Lazard Freres & Co. from January 2011 to April 2014, during which time he advised clients on a broad range of transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and debt and equity capital raises. Mr. Hummer holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Tim Willems

COO

Mr. Willems is our Chief Operations Officer, a position he has held since May 2015. Mr. Willems previously served as our President of U.S./International Operations from January 2012 to May 2015 and Senior Vice President from April 2010 to January 2012. Mr. Willems has more than 30 years’ experience in the oil and natural gas industry, specializing in wellbore construction, completion and remediation. Sixteen of those years were spent in international markets. He has held diverse positions, including applications engineering, operations, sales and marketing, and he has held vice president positions for a major service company in U.S. and international operations and marketing. Mr. Willems received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology.

Mike Morrison

CFO

Mr. Morrison is our Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since November 2022. Mr. Morrison previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ION Geophysical Corporation from February 2020 to September 2022 and Vice President of Finance and Treasurer from April 2016 to February 2020. Mr. Morrison also served in various other finance and accounting positions at ION Geophysical Corporation since 2002. Prior to 2002, Mr. Morrison was a Director of Accounting providing transaction support for an energy trading company and held a variety of positions at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, a public accounting firm. Mr. Morrison holds a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
